Tils\u00e6t de vaskede og piskede ris, salt, peber, paprika, tomatpur\u00e9 og hakket gr\u00f8nt. Fors\u00f8m ikke det gr\u00f8nne, de vil bringe friskhed til denne sommerret.<\/li>\r\n \r\n \t<li>Bland alt meget godt, indtil der opn\u00e5s en homogen sammens\u00e6tning.<\/li>\r\n \r\n \t<li>K\u00f8d- og rissammens\u00e6tningen fyldes i de udhullede peberfrugter, men uden at fylde dem helt (husk p\u00e5, at risene vil svulme op, n\u00e5r de koger). Eventuelt kan vi d\u00e6kke peberfrugterne med en &#8220;h\u00e6tte&#8221; fra en lille tomat.<\/li>\r\n \r\n \t<li>Anret peberfrugterne i en passende gryde, med \u00e5bningen opad.<\/li>\r\n \r\n \t<li>Separat koges cirka 1 og en halv liter vand.
