Smelt sm\u00f8rret i en gryde. Knus kiksene i en foodprocessor. R\u00f8r kiks og mandler sammen med det smeltede sm\u00f8r. H\u00e6ld kiksemassen i springformen og pres den i et j\u00e6vnt lag ud til kanten s\u00e5 hele bunden er d\u00e6kket. Stil bunden p\u00e5 k\u00f8l imens ostecremen tilberedes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ostecreme L\u00e6g husblassen i bl\u00f8d i koldt vand i 10 minutter. Skyl og sk\u00e6r toppen af jordb\u00e6rrene, s\u00e5 de har en lige sk\u00e6reflade at st\u00e5 p\u00e5. Bland et par skefulde ostecreme i den varme, smeltede husblas og vend det n\u00e6nsomt sammen. Kom blandingen i den resterende ostecreme og vend det godt sammen. Pisk fl\u00f8den til den danner lette toppe. Vend det i ostecremen. H\u00e6ld cremen ovenp\u00e5 kiksebunden. Sm\u00f8r den ud i et j\u00e6vnt lag med en vinkelpalet. S\u00e6t kagen p\u00e5 k\u00f8l i 1 time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Gel\u00e9<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>L\u00e6g husblassen i bl\u00f8d i koldt vand i 10 minutter. Varm forsigtigt jordb\u00e6rsaften op i en lille gryde. Tag gryden af varmen. Klem husblassen for vand og r\u00f8r den ud i den varme saft. Lad saften k\u00f8le ned til n\u00e6sten stuetemperatur og tils\u00e6t konditorfarve. H\u00e6ld forsigtigt den flydende gel\u00e9 p\u00e5 ostekagen.
