pensling<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Pulled pork:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>1 grisenakkefilet<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>2 spsk brun farin<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>2 spsk paprika<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>2 spsk salt<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>2 tsk cayennepeber<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>2 tsk mildt yoghurt<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>100 g revet agurker<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 tsk t\u00f8rret oregano<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 spsk hakket frisk oregano<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 spsk hakket mynteblade<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 knust fed hvidl\u00f8g<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>salt og sort peber<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du:<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Start med pulled pork.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Bland brun farin, paprika, salt, cayennepeber, chilipulver og spidskommen sammen til en rub.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Vend nakkefilet i krydderiblandingen og kom den i en passende stegepose.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Luk til og klip 4-5 sm\u00e5 huller i posen.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Kom stegeposen i en bradepande og steg den i ovnen i 5 timer ved 150\u00b0C.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Tag nakkefileten ud af stegeposen og riv k\u00f8det fra hinanden med 2 gafler.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Lad det trevlede k\u00f8d blande sig med saften fra k\u00f8det.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Brug ca. 500 g til 4 personer og frys eventuelt resten ned, eller gem det i en beholder i k\u00f8leskabet i 2-3 dage.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Til pitabr\u00f8det blandes salt med alle typer mel sammen i en r\u00f8resk\u00e5l.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Opl\u00f8s g\u00e6ren i vand og h\u00e6ld det over melet.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Start med at r\u00f8re langsomt, til dejen har en ensartet konsistens.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>R\u00f8r herefter ved fuld hastighed i ca. 5-6 minutter, indtil dejen slipper kanten.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Kom neutral olie i bunden af en beholder og kom dejen i.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Kom l\u00e5g eller film over, og lad dejen st\u00e5 p\u00e5 k\u00f8l natten over.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>H\u00e6ld dejen ud p\u00e5 et meldrysset bord og del dejen i 6 stykker.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Kom stykkerne over p\u00e5 en bageplade med bagepapir og tryk dem flade med h\u00e5nden, til de er ca. 18 cm i diameter.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Pensel med m\u00e6lk.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Lad dem h\u00e6ve i ca. 30 minutter p\u00e5 pladen og bag dem herefter i 14-16 minutter ved 225\u00b0C, til de er gyldne og bagte.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Lad dem k\u00f8le af p\u00e5 en rist.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Til tzatziki rives agurk.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Klem herefter v\u00e6den ud af revet agurk og blandt det sammen med de \u00f8vrige ingredienser.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Klarg\u00f8r gr\u00f8nt til
